1. Who Can Use Glory Sprouts

Glory Sprouts is designed for children and their families, but only a parent or legal guardian (18+) may download the App, agree to these Terms, and supervise their child's use.

By using Glory Sprouts, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the parent or legal guardian of any child who uses the App. You agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your child.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Glory Sprouts for your family's personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works from the App
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense access to the App
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written permission
• Use the App in any way that violates any law or harms others

3. Intellectual Property

What we own

The Glory Sprouts name, logo, original artwork, original music, brand design, app code, and the unique combination of elements that make up the Glory Sprouts experience are owned by Glory Sprouts LLC or our licensors. These are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.

What we license

Glory Sprouts may include content we've licensed from third parties, such as:

• Emoji designs (licensed from Apple, Google, or other platform providers)
• Stock imagery, illustrations, and sound effects (licensed from their respective creators)
• Fonts (used under their respective open-source or commercial licenses)
• AI-generated imagery (used under the terms of the AI platforms that created them)

Scripture

Bible passages in Glory Sprouts are drawn from publicly available or properly licensed Bible translations and are used for educational and devotional purposes. Scripture is not owned by Glory Sprouts LLC.

Your license to our branding

You may not use the Glory Sprouts name, logo, or branding without our prior written permission. You may not extract, copy, or redistribute original Glory Sprouts content for commercial purposes.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Glory Sprouts is a subscription-based app. New users begin with a 14-day free trial, after which continued access requires an active subscription.

Current subscription options at launch:

• Monthly: approximately $4.99 per month (exact price shown at checkout)
• Annual: approximately $39.99 per year (exact price shown at checkout)

We may offer additional subscription tiers in the future with expanded features and content.

Important things to know about subscriptions:

• All purchases and subscriptions are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• We do not collect, process, or store any payment information at any time
• Your 14-day free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before then
• Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• To manage or cancel your subscription, or to end your free trial, go to your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies — we cannot issue refunds directly
• Prices may change, and we will give you notice before any price change applies to you

Parental consent is required for all in-app purchases. We strongly encourage you to enable parental controls on your device (Apple Screen Time or Google Family Link) before allowing your child to use the App.

5. Acceptable Use

Glory Sprouts is a safe, faith-focused space for families. When using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Supervise your child's use of the App
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the App or its servers
• Not use any automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the App
• Not use the App in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive way

6. Third-Party Services

Glory Sprouts relies on a small number of third-party services to operate:

• ElevenLabs — text-to-speech audio generation
• Cloudflare — secure routing of text-to-speech requests
• RevenueCat — subscription management (using an anonymous identifier only)
• Apple and Google — app distribution and payment processing

Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services. For details on what data, if any, is shared with each, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

Glory Sprouts is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free
• All content will be accurate or complete
• Any defects in the App will be corrected

Glory Sprouts is an educational and devotional tool. It is not a substitute for parental guidance, formal religious instruction, professional education, or pastoral counsel.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glory Sprouts LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the App — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of use, or emotional distress.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us directly in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars ($50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glory Sprouts LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person.

10. Termination

You may stop using Glory Sprouts at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time — with or without notice — if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or if required by law. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any unused subscription time, except where required by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will remain in effect after termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we will provide notice through the App or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of Glory Sprouts after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Apple App Store & Google Play Terms

If you download Glory Sprouts from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to the applicable store's terms of service. In the case of any conflict between these Terms and the store's terms, these Terms will control to the extent permitted.

Specifically for Apple App Store users: You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Glory Sprouts LLC only — not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) — to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
